Request for Cancellations are not entertained over phone, and can be done at the company office or directly through the website www.hindvacations.com. for online advance bookings
Management is not responsible for delay and cancellation of trips on account of Breakdown, Accident, Riots etc., and due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Smoking and Drinking are not permitted inside the car
Contraband articles or Dangerous/Inflammable goods are Not permitted by any passenger
Pets, Animals, Birds are not permitted in the car, and if found, the passenger is bound to be alighted (get out) from car.
All disputes are subject to Civil Courts Delhi Jurisdiction.
Conditions for cancelation of Tour amount be refund as following conditions: – (i) before 48 hours 85% of the tour cost (ii) within 48 hours 75% of the tour cost (iii) Within 24 hours 50% of the tour cost (iv) Cancellations done before scheduled departure time Only to be eligible for Refund

Hind Vacations shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
